In this position you will:
- Assess the customer needs and advise clients and prospective clients on insurance coverage and protection options
- Provide quotations, pricing, and required information to clients and prospective clients and complete the sales process for each customer
- Create presentations to clients and prospective clients that demonstrate our company’s unique culture, expertise, and service
- Understand each client’s decision process, the people involved, the business’ goals, and how we can meet their expectations
- Uncover opportunities to cross-sell clients and add new product and coverage lines
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners
- Negotiate skillfully with internal and external partners
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to offer multiple insurance options
Job Requirements
- Two years prior sales experience
- Licensed in Property and Casualty
- Demonstrate good decision-making skills and assertiveness
- Ability to effectively interact, engage and communicate with internal and external partners
- Able to act with a sense of urgency and set deadlines
- Ability to work individually and within a team structure in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
