Quote Specialist

We are looking for confident, outgoing individuals who are self-disciplined and embrace a challenge. As Quote Specialist, you will support the sales and retention teams. You need to be a high multi-tasker with attention to detail.  The Quoting Specialist will interact extensively with the sales and retention teams and carriers to provide all levels of service.

In this position you will:

  • Acts as an extension of the sales team by processing insurance quotes
  • Assess client needs to qualify risk
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge offered by different carriers
  • Utilize different systems and software to quote products
  • Back up support to the account manager team upon management request

  • Ability to multi-task while using a tech-savvy approach to sales
  • Demonstrate stellar decision-making skills and assertiveness
  • Ability to effectively interact, engage and communicate with internal and external partners

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Insurance industry experience not required but preferred

Account Manager

You are accountable for responding to client requests about policy changes, policy updates and coverage questions. As an Account Manager, you will need to be committed to excellent customer service and feel comfortable cross-selling other products. This is a great opportunity for a high energy multi-tasker with strong attention to detail. The Account Manager will interact extensively with clients and carriers to provide excellent service at every level.

In this position you will:

  • Build rapport with existing customers to offer the best solutions to their specific needs or requests
  • Provide timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries from emails and phone calls
  • Liaison between clients and carriers
  • Process certificates, endorsements and binders
  • Cross-sell products to existing clients
  • Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years insurance services experience
  • Genuine care and concern for customers and their insurance needs
  • The ability to multi-task while using a tech-savvy approach to service and sales

  • Patience and composure for client interactions

Account Executive

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural-born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Guaranteed Rate Insurance in accordance with established sales process and procedures, and in pursuit of the company’s goals and objectives. The Account Executive will be responsible for building a client base by adding new clients, new lines of coverage and growing current clients. The Account Executive is an effective negotiator, presenter, motivator and relationship builder.

In this position you will:

  • Assess the customer needs and advise clients and prospective clients on insurance coverage and protection options
  • Provide quotations, pricing and required information to clients and prospective clients and complete the sales process for each customer
  • Create presentations to clients and prospective clients that demonstrate our company’s unique culture, expertise and service
  • Understand each client’s decision process, the people involved, the business’ goals and how we can meet their expectations.
  • Uncover opportunities to cross-sell clients and add new product and coverage lines
  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners
  • Negotiate skillfully with internal and external partners
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge to offer multiple insurance options

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years prior sales experience
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty
